    dont go to the doctors i have adhd myself and i can cope with it fine without tablets….i infact refuse tablets because of the side affects really do affect me you might even find yourself better off without them ….like i do :)

    It really depends on the doctor…. Normally it could be a psych or a family doc with the visit to a counselor.

    If you dont have insurance the meds can be very costly, my vyvanse says "your insurance saved you $128.99. ". my copayment is the same but must insurance plans it varies.

    Some doctors will make you take tests on the computer to show that you really are ADD because the abuse of the medications.

    They may give you the non addictive Strattera since you cant come in on a regular basis to be checked in on. I dont think a doctor will keep on writing C-II drugs over and over again with out seeing you.

    Is it for you or a child? Adults and Kids ARe a visit a month and then dor adults I think it 1 every 3 months but I think kids stay at 1 month
