Just wondering what the official tests are that doctors give patients to diagnose ADD/ADHD, not the self tests etc.. sources would be appreciated :)
It depends on the doctor and if he is going to administer any psych testing. My psychiatrist just listened to my symptoms and diagnosed according to the DSM-IV TR. That is primarily how psychiatric disorders are diagnosed.

The Conner's, the computer attention scales, also can be done with IQ tests like the Wechsler scales.

Well first they take you to the therapist and they ask you a series of questions about your whole life.
Then depending if you or someone is in school, they send out evaluations to your teacher so they can describe your behavior.
It goes back to the therapist and then she decides if you need further testing.
The first thing they will do is list a series of items like
    grape,apple, orange, banana, strawberry, blueberry,etc.
and you then have to repeat it back.

If you do….then they take these test with pictures and blocks.
Then they do reading and comprehending tests.
After a week of examine they come back with the results and your intelligence level.
