So I noticed that after I started taking wellbutrin to help with my ADHD I have a very very very low appetite and that when I do get hungry I don’t eat much and that I am fine just not eating at least on a physical level. I know that I should eat but it seems to much effort and it really bugs me because I used to be a person who would go to the dining hall at least 4 or 5 times a day. I am athletic and i fear this medication is killing me by denying me the nutrition I need by making me not interested in it. It seems I just ignore hunger in place of other things and let it slip by the way side until I haven’t eaten all day (such as right now) and am painfully starving.

Many drugs can cause decreased appetite, but you know that going without food all day is bad. Maybe try eat 5-6 small meals a day (instead of 3-4 large ones). This way you can eat only a little at a time but not deny your body the nutrition it needs. If you notice a significant weight loss, you need to speak to your doctor.
