This totally wasn’t worth the effort it took to find this room and beg to borrow it. I was helping my friend move out of his apartment and I actually begged him to ask his landlord for an extra two days even when: he was already about six months late moving out and had gotten about three eviction warnings, not to mention paying tennants who were waiting to move in that week. I’m a miserable person and I just have to say it might have been worth it if this would just get like *four* hits a day instead of two. Soooo, to compensate, I’m doing exactly what I did when I spent about seventeen full time months on a hated Jesse Mccartney spoof: spend about forty-two times as much time doing the same d#$% thing.

The upcoming full parody is called “Just Watch YouTube With Me,” staring my plush platypus Pepe (who just got back from his six month stay on a Marine base in Cali with my brother, who was nice enough to shoot him—-for my Green Day parody of Wake Me Up When September Ends). I’m growing my hair long and spending time honing my acting skills to perfectly parody the deep emotional feel of the song, and actually saving money to rent an apartment for a day (which is so hard because I’ve looked at a hundred apartment ads and can’t find anything yet that looks like the room enough to be worth all the effort). Then I’m going to shoot Pepe all around Boston for the Delilah scenes. Welcome to bipolar-ADHD dropout music major life. This may seem obsessive but seriously, I’m treating YouTube film school. YouTube is a totally alien medium to me and translating wild manic ideas in your head into a medium is rough work.
