Make sure that you are hydrated all the time.
The pain in your testicles can have many causes:one of them being:did you not masturbate enough:causing blue balls?
And if you think it is due to sitting habits?
Change the way you sit.
That applies also to uncomfortable clothes.

GABA, also known as gamma-aminobutyric acid, is a supplement used by bodybuilders as well as by others for a variety of reasons.Essentially then, the idea of GABA for bodybuilders, is that it induces a deep and extra anabolic sleep for your body to make repairs and build muscle. For this reason it is best taken before bed. GABA also has another side effect, leading to a tingling feeling in the face and limbs and relaxed muscles.GABA was recently banned from the UK so is only available for those in the US.

A number of parents have tried other natural remedies as an alternative to psycho-stimulants and other drugs due to various short & long term side effects they are attributed to. Small trials have found some agents, such as oral flower essence, Ginkgo biloba, Panax ginseng, and melatonin may possibly have benefits for ADHD.

There are homeopathic remedies which effectively target some of the disruptive symptoms of ADHD and allow the child to concentrate more easily. Natural remedies should be considered as a first step ahead of prescription psychiatric drugs. When combined with strong dietary control, counseling as necessary, and a healthy lifestyle, natural remedies have been show to be effective in helping to alleviate the symptoms of ADHD.

no. prescribed medication is the only thing that has been shown to work. no behavioral interventions, no herbs or natural cures, no yoga, no meditation.

the only thing that has a chance of helping whoever you are thinking of is the medication. it is not bad. it will not get him or her "addicted" it will not screw up development. it will not kill them. lies are being perpetrated by the anti adhd people. do not listen to them. medication works
References :
I have ADHD and have been on medication for 10 years.
Start drinking 16 oz of water 3 - 4 times a day; quit eating/drinking any sugar and caffeine; start taking a good vitamin B complex and try to exercise routinely. The water and the vitamin B will help to level out your energy levels and will help with the focusing problem, BIG TIME! If you stop your caffeine and sugar you will start feeling more level and you will also be able to retain more of what you learn. And exercising is not just healthy for the body but it is fantastic for the mind.
References :
A very smart mother I've been in your shoes.

There is this one person I know that was like that. He often had major mood swings felt angry and very depressed but sometimes would feel very happy and overjoyed. He had a lot of energy. Especially when he was really happy he had a lot of energy and often wouldn't calm down. He often had a hard time paying attention in class. His thoughts would wander in class and often would have to catch him self to get back on track. It was difficult to do that. Also he had trouble understanding what as being told to him sometimes. This would make him frustrated because he would struggle in school. he also had a hard time making friends because a person with Asperger's has a hard time socializing. he would do his best to try to fit in but had trouble. This was another struggle for him. These struggles make him not feel good about him self and often made him feel really depressed at times at the point where he hated almost everyone. Sometimes he would feel hopeless about everything but then would eventually get him self to a positive optimistic state when something would change that would make him feel happy. This person was always hyper. He had wierd interests and sometimes these wierd interests made it hard for him to fit in socially.
References :
I was this person wth Asperger's, Bipolar, and ADHD.

Go with your gut I say. I think you'd be better off looking for some talking therapy or counseling rather than getting prescribed loads of drugs.
